Kinsun M12 fast-lock cable, A-coded 5Pin female, is now available on the market. The M12 fast-lock system is ideal for the requirement of a fast and secure connection. With time savings up to 75% compared to the screw-lock system, the fast-lock can simplify the installation and at the same time secure transmission of signals and data.
With the fast-lock system, the mating of the cordset and connector can be achieved without tools, simply by plugging in, and there will be acoustic feedback, showing they are well connected and IP68 protected. By hand with a 25° turn and pull, the cordset can easily unplug.
M12 fast-lock connectors have the same installment space as screw-lock types (The same panel cutout). The insides of the M12 fast-lock connectors are compliant with IEC 61076-2-101, 109, 111, 113. which means they have the same codings and keyways as the screw-lock types.
The M12 connectors are the most preferred interconnect system and have become the backbone of today’s industrial automation systems.
