New Japan-made LSR Injection Molding Machine is now running at Kinsun
For the past couple of years, Kinsun has been actively developing high-end medical connectors. And to satisfy the demand for the silicon injection molding used in the production processes for medical connectors, we have purchased the newest Japan-made 2 tons Liquid Silicone Rubber vertical injection molding machine in this month. (Model:μMIV-2LIM) The stable characteristics of silicone, PDMS, and Epoxy such as non-toxic, flexibility, transparency, thermostability, photostability, chemical resistance, and insulation, make them the most favorite materials for the medical industry. Products are like hearing aids, respirators, and pacifiers.
Mr. Micheal Liao, the sales assistant manager who has served at Kinsun for more than 20 years said, from the early products like telecommunicate networking connectors, outdoor waterproof connectors to recent sophisticated medical connectors used in hearing aids and blood glucose tester, it was clear that we want to develop high value-added connectors by using our experienced R&D know-how. The red ocean market will not be the one we would like to attend, that is not Kinsun’s tactic. For one thing, it restricts good ideas from making into good products. Liao continued, once the LSR is set in motion, along with our more than 30-year of experience in making molds, stamping, and plastic injection molding, we believe we can provide more different solutions for customers.
