The product development history of Kinsun

Back in 1986, founded in Taoyuan Taiwan, Kinsun started its business with stamping parts. And since the Internet began to flourish at the beginning of the 90’, we then set our foot into the RJ Modular Jacks. In 2003, considering the rise of wireless transmission applications, we started developing Radio Frequency products. The first products were like GSM, WiMAX, ISM BAND Antennas to the recent applications like 4G, 5G, 6G, and IoT.

In light of the growing demand for robust and waterproof connecting systems used in outdoor and harsh environments, in 2009 Kinsun introduced the first waterproof connector, the Snap-in waterproof IP68 RJ Jack. It was the precursor to the later-on screw-locking and quick-locking connectors. And shortly after that, we launched the M-series waterproof connectors which are indispensable for the nowadays automated industry. In addition to the above well-known products, the other popular products are Information and Communication Technology (ICT) connectors, mechanism and machining parts, and services like OEM, ODM, and cable assembly.
