Traditionally, the method to make the SUS316 housing is by turning, while we use the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process to fabricate it. The advantage of MIM is that it gives a fast process time, which means a low unit cost. The waterproof M12 micro USB connector is a good example of making an idea a reality.
