When it comes to the connection of power and signal, traditionally, it would need two connectors to get it done, however, nowadays with the M12 Y Coded connector, makes the combination of power and signals possible in one single connector. This brings the M12 Y Coded connector the distinct advantage on space-saving, only 40% volume as traditional 7/8" power connector.
The internal Y-shaped isolator separating signal contacts and power contacts which can transmit high power while won't cause the EMI effect to the data transmission. By virtue of the EMI effect solved, the CAT5e high-speed data transmission can be achieved, while power working at 30V at 6A.
During the verification, we conducted the fatigue bending test to ensure the durability of the cable. Besides, to ensure waterproof quality, we do the air sealing test for every piece before we ship it to customers.
