The thickness of the dip pin is 0.8mm. To tightly cover the male pin, the thickness of female pin is requested to be 0.3mm. Thus the two sides of copper sheet will be in different thickness. We machine it by face milling and stamping metal forming, to make it a compounded terminal, which is used for the connection of male/female pin.
